Running. You either love it or you hate it.


I was somewhere in between when I took it back up after Beau was born.


Running has always had such a pull on me. I've taken long breaks from it before. You know life gets in the way. Babies come. But I always keep coming back to it.


For one thing it burns serious calories! What's not to love about that? It's a great workout!


Races are fun too although I'm not the most competitive type. I just run for me....and the t-shirt. ;)


I LOVE the way I feel after running! It just feels good, ya know? It's fun.


I'm not fast. I'm not a marathoner. Maybe one day I will be one or both. But I run....consistently. So that makes me a runner right?


I love to run. There I said it. No going back now.

  1. Not loving it yet. Maybe never will. But I definitely love the results I'm getting from doing it. And you're so right. After a run, I just feel... good. My knees usually ache a little and I'm ready for a good nap, but that kind of ache, I can totally justify. At least I worked hard for it. I'm not fast either. Probably never will be. Not sure about a full marathon, I've seen hubby take on 3 of them & the training is killer. But I've considered a 1/2 and seriously considered the Disney 1/2 in Florida. Combine our first trip to the park with my first 1/2 marathon?! How cool would that be?! We'll have to go run together sometime!
