Oh so so close!

Well here we are less than one week away from meeting our new little baby and I'm excited and anxious at the same time! I mean I've heard that having 3 isn't much different than 2 but I have my doubts seriously. Well maybe those people never had a child like Cody. Cody is my adorable and snuggly little boy. He is also rambunctious and tends to be very needy. You know, needy as in he wants mommy to still hold him and give lots of attention! SO it's going to be VERY interesting to see how it all plays out once it goes back to just mommy and THREE kids. Alone. With no help. Yeah. Maybe my mother will come help me more often? Mother?

I've really loved having Cory home these last few days. He takes the kids to the pool and well, it's just nice having another adult who loves my kids as much as I do...here...putting up with it all. You get it, right? Yes, he has been on unemployment since his layoff but that is about to end in a couple of weeks apparently. Good thing is that God knew that before we did and had something lined up for him to do when the unemployment is over. It's temporary though. So we'll see what God has in store after that. I'm thankful for a husband who is smart with money and saved in the early years knowing how the construction business can be. Feast or famine. I'm also thankful for family and friends who have been sooo generous to us since his layoff. Cory is a hard worker and has worked some with his Dad the past few months even while being on unemployment but has always been sure to report his earnings even when he could have been dishonest and collected both. He's a good guy and I love him.
