Here's another running update....it's still pretty hot out there! No surprise there. BUT, as my mom reminded me last week, it's great conditioning. That should make this Fall running feel pretty good right?
I've added some weight training and a "secret" weapon. No, it isn't some kind of supplement but let's just say I'm feeling it today. :/
Sunday was a good long run. It was overcast so that it was warm but the sun didn't zap my energy! I was able to fit in a little more mileage. :) That always feels good.
It gets tricky trying to fit in my runs. Cory is my biggest supporter though. I couldn't do it if not for him watching the three kiddos. Love my guy.
