It's been too long!

Ok, I haven't been on here in a loooong time! Two months is a long time to not write a new post don't you think? I have a good excuse though. A newborn in the house takes up ALOT of time! Beau is now 11 weeks old. Almost 3 months! How the time flies.

I had to laugh as I reread my last post about starting school early this year. Ha! Yeah right. We started right on time though and we just finished week 3. It's been a challenge trying to fit it all in and several times I have second-guessed myself about it but we are doing it and yes, it's a sacrifice but I have to remind myself that there is a bigger picture to look at here. We believe that this is the path we are to follow for now. Doing what we think is the right thing hasn't been easy. Homeschooling is hard. It takes time management, less me time, and perseverance. The "less me time" has been the most difficult so far. But again, there is a bigger picture and this life isn't all there is. They are ultimately God's children right? That is a big responsibility. HUGE responsibility. I press on.
