On my nightstand

Here is a great book that I recently finished.  Our church held a ladies meeting every Tuesday night of last month to discuss a few select chapters.  Good stuff. The newest books on my nightstand? This is one that I've been wanting for a while.  It's HUGE!  I am only into the second chapter but I'm already in love with it.  Yes, in LOVE.  I highly recommend it to any homeschooling family.  I've already been thinking about revamping for next year and this one just motivates me all the more.  And then there is this one.  I just found this today while actually looking for a different book.  It's been a looong time since I've read fiction and I'm really looking forward to this book.  :) “Once you learn to read, you will be forever free.” - Frederick Douglass “Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.” - Richard Steele “A capacity and taste for reading gives access to whatever has already been discovered by others.” - Abraham Lincoln
